May Wong is the Founder and Managing Director of OMNEX, a trusted business advisory and outsourcing firm focused on helping organizations strengthen their financial foundation, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable growth.
Holding both an MSc and BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom, she brings strong academic grounding together with practical experience in accounting, payroll outsourcing, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business advisory.
May works closely with SMEs, startups, and growing enterprises, turning financial data into actionable insights so business owners can improve profitability, manage cash flow effectively, and make more confident strategic decisions.

Ginnie Ooi
Managing Partner, OMNEX
Ginnie Ooi is a seasoned finance and corporate advisory professional with more than 20 years of experience across accounting, finance, taxation, internal controls, risk management, corporate governance, and strategic business advisory.
She began her career with a leading audit firm and later held senior finance leadership positions in several public-listed companies. Over the course of her career, she has built deep expertise in corporate finance, treasury management, taxation, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and governance.
Ginnie has also played a pivotal role in IPO exercises, corporate restructuring initiatives, and strategic financial transformation projects. In addition, she has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Board Committee Member for various public-listed companies, providing strategic oversight and governance guidance.
At OMNEX, she leads the firm's strategic advisory and financial consulting practice, helping businesses navigate growth, transformation, governance, and performance optimization in a dynamic business environment.
